Tehran Refinery Product Quality Upgrading Project (PMC/SSC Services)

In Nov. 2007 EIED signed the Contract for Project Management Services/Site Supervision Services (PMC/SSC) of Tehran Refinery Product Quality Upgrading Project with the Client (National Iranian Oil Engineering & Construction-NIOEC). 

The EPC Contractor is EHSAN joint venture consisting of ODCC, IGC, and Design & Inspection Engineering Co.

 The Project Scope consisting of Licensed and Non-licensed units is as follows:

 1-     Gas oil Desulfurization Unit, Axens (IFP) License, (53,500 bpd)

2-     Kerosene Desulfurization Unit, Axens (IFP) License, (28,000 bpd)

3-     Hydrogen Plant, (42 million CFD)

4-     Power Generation Plant and related facilities (35 MW)

5-     Downstream Units Revamping/Adding as required (LPG Recovery, Sour Water Unit, Amine Treatment Unit, Sulfur Recovery Unit, Storage Tanks, Flare)

 The duration and type of EIED services are as follows: 

A)     General PMC Services  (44 months)

B)     Engineering and Procurement Supervision Services (32 months)

C)     Site Supervision Services (20 months)
